Request data deletion

To request deletion of data processed by Nuvrali, email info@nuvrali.com.

Specify the contact channel and the minimum information needed to locate your conversation or account, such as your email address or WhatsApp number. Do not include passwords, tokens or identity documents in your initial message.

If you contacted a business using Nuvrali, identify that business. Where applicable, the request will be referred to the responsible organisation. Your identity and the scope of the request may need to be verified before action is taken.

Disconnecting WhatsApp removes the connection credential from Nuvrali but does not automatically delete CRM contacts or messages. Revoking the integration in Meta does not delete that history either. Explicitly request data deletion if that is what you need.
