Purposes and legal bases
We process the contact details and requirements you provide to respond to enquiries and prepare proposals, based on steps requested before a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). Service administration relies on the contract and legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c)). Contacting us does not subscribe you to marketing.
Platform use and authorised connections
At platform.nuvrali.com, an organisation can connect WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram and email channels, as well as advertising and analytics tools. Depending on the connection and granted permissions, Nuvrali receives account and contact identifiers, available names and photos, messages, attachments, dates, campaign information and metrics. Integration credentials are used to provide the authorised connection. This data supports a shared inbox, replies, contact management and tracking contact sources and commercial progress.
AI assistance and service providers
AI features may send conversation content and configured fields to the enabled AI provider, such as OpenAI, to classify enquiries, extract information, summarise threads or prepare replies. Automations depend on the organisation’s settings. Railway provides hosting, and channel providers participate in their respective connections. These platform features are separate from this website’s visual tour and cookie choices; rejecting measurement cookies does not itself disable a contracted integration.
Data of organisations’ contacts
When a business uses Nuvrali to manage contacts, that business determines the purposes of customer service and commercial follow-up. Contact the business or info@nuvrali.com, identifying the business and channel, to locate your data and route the request appropriately. History retention depends on the service and applicable instructions; disconnecting a channel does not automatically delete stored messages or contacts. See the data deletion request instructions.
Demo request and WhatsApp
The form prepares a message in your browser using your name, business, objective and optional details. You can review and edit it. Completing the form does not send it to Nuvrali. When you choose Open WhatsApp, WhatsApp receives the text in the link; Nuvrali receives it when you send it there. WhatsApp also applies its own policy. Do not include passwords or sensitive information.
Visual product tour
The tour uses static panel views with fictional information. Switching tabs, themes or branding only changes the local preview. No AI service is called, no real account is modified, and no reservation or message is sent. The former /demo/ URL redirects to the demo request.
Measurement and security
Analytics and advertising measurement require your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), managed under Cookies. Enabled services may process identifiers, IP address, browser, visited pages and interactions for statistics and attribution. Rejection does not prevent contact or demo use. This website’s code does not load tracking SDKs on /demo/. Hosting may log access for security under the legitimate interest in protecting the service (Art. 6(1)(f)).
Recipients and international transfers
Hosting and email providers may process data to deliver the service. WhatsApp is involved when you choose that channel. Measurement tools on this website follow their configuration and your preferences. Within the platform, channel and AI providers may also process data for the features described above. Processing outside the EEA must rely on an applicable adequacy decision or safeguards such as standard contractual clauses. Contact the controller for the actual providers, countries and safeguards. We do not sell your data.
Retention
Enquiries are retained as needed to handle them and, where applicable, for liability periods. Contract and tax records follow applicable legal periods. Cookie choices last 6 months; identifier lifetimes are listed under Cookies. The form remains in local memory and does not create a session on an AI backend.
Your rights
Contact the controller to request access, correction, erasure, objection, restriction or portability. Withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing; use Cookies for tracking. Additional identity information is requested only when necessary. You may complain to the AEPD or your competent supervisory authority. Optional fields are voluntary; missing required information may prevent the requested function.
